1. Parties
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter — Terms) set out the terms and conditions by which Leaksgg (hereinafter — Service Provider) offers its services. 1.2. The Service Provider delivers video game enhancement software services. 1.3. Account creation and service usage requires users to be at least 18 years of age. 1.4. These Terms regulate the rights and mutual obligations between the Customer and the Service Provider, including service provision, pricing, payment procedures, liability and related matters.
2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1. Upon accepting these Terms, they become a binding legal document establishing mutual obligations and rights between both parties. 2.2. The Service Provider has the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms at any time, considering applicable legal requirements and the scope of provided services. 2.3. By accepting, customers confirm meeting the age requirements outlined in section 1.3. 2.4. The Customer takes all responsibility for any possible negative consequences of using the Services, such as suspension or termination of accounts, banned accounts or IP addresses, fines or other penalties. 2.5. Product status displayed may not reflect actual live conditions due to the dynamic nature of the service. Customers agree to indemnify the Service Provider against any losses, damages or liabilities arising from inaccuracies or errors. 2.6. Virtual machine or cloud machine usage is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate service termination. 2.7. Reverse engineering, decompiling or launching programs for such purposes is strictly forbidden and will result in service termination. 2.8. The Customer shall not purchase, distribute or resell license keys or subscriptions without the Service Provider's written consent. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of all associated accounts. 2.9. Purchasing from unauthorized third parties will result in immediate account termination across all associated accounts.
3. Services
3.1. The Service Provider delivers video game enhancement software services as described in section 1.2. 3.2. Services are available only after account creation and subscription payment. 3.3. Weekly and monthly subscription plans are available. The Service Provider reserves the right to create new subscription plans without updating these Terms. 3.4. Upon subscription expiration, service access ceases until a new plan is purchased. 3.5. Services are designed to be used with specific video games as specified in their description pages and may not work properly with other video games.
4. Payment for Services
4.1. Customers pay based on their selected subscription plan and chosen product, with pricing clearly displayed before purchase. 4.2. The Service Provider has the right to change prices and apply discounts. Changed prices and discounts are only applicable for purchases made after the price change or applied discount.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
5.1. Customers possess data protection rights and may contact the Service Provider via Discord to exercise these rights. 5.2. By accepting these Terms, the Customer agrees and acknowledges that they will not have the right to withdraw from these Terms. 5.3. Customers must comply with these Terms, website terms and applicable laws when using the Services. 5.4. Customers must thoroughly familiarize themselves with service requirements before purchase. 5.5. The Customer shall not disclose login details or any information that would allow third parties to use Services in the Customer's name. 5.6. The Customer shall not have any ill-intentions toward the safety of the Service. This is determined through multiple factors and if suspected, the Service will be terminated. 5.7. Account sales to third parties or circumventing hardware-ID locks are prohibited.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider
6.1. The Service Provider has the right to suspend or terminate any available functions of the Services, add new functionalities or otherwise improve the Services. 6.2. The Service Provider may modify the service scope, monetize features separately or disable specific features. 6.3. The Service Provider has the right to terminate services without explanation to protect its interests and those of other users. 6.4. The Service Provider has the right to issue refunds at its own discretion. Refunded customers must have explicit consent from the Service Provider to purchase the Service again. 6.5. The Service Provider ensures appropriate personal data security and processes data according to its Privacy Policy, which may be updated at any time.
7. Liability
7.1. The Customer takes all responsibility for any negative consequences of using the Services, including suspension or termination of accounts, banned accounts (including banned IP addresses or other identifiers), fines, etc. 7.2. Customers bear responsibility for their website and service usage, including consequences from providing inaccurate data. 7.3. Customers are responsible for login detail confidentiality. Third-party access using customer credentials makes the customer liable for those actions. 7.4. Purchasing from unauthorized vendors, especially when subscriptions are obtained through fraudulent means, will lead to permanent termination of the Service on all current and future accounts. 7.5. The Service Provider, as long as it does not contradict any applicable laws, is released from any liability when the customer suffers any loss due to failure to read these Terms, Privacy Policy or other documents.
8. Monitoring
8.1. By using the Services, you explicitly consent to monitoring by the Service Provider, its affiliates and authorized third parties. This monitoring encompasses tracking activities, interactions and communications within the platform. 8.2. Monitoring purposes include ensuring security, integrity and proper functioning of the Services, detecting unauthorized access, investigating security threats, improving user experience, and ensuring compliance. 8.3. Monitored information may include user-generated content, interactions, usage patterns and related data. 8.4. The Service Provider will handle any data collected during monitoring in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 8.5. You may cease using the Service at any time; however, termination of your use does not necessarily mean an immediate cessation of monitoring. 8.6. Continued service usage constitutes explicit consent to monitoring activities.
9. Final Provisions
